Rainbow Mixture Coleus (Plectranthus Scutellarioides), also known as Painted Nettle or Common Coleus, is a foliage plant of magenta, chartreuse green, deep reds, and butter yellows colors. Coleus flower seeds is native to tropical parts of Southeast Asia. It is a perennial in its native habitat in the humid, partly shaded edges of forests in USDA Zones 10-11. Everywhere else, in Zones 4-10, it is an annual. Plants grow to about 12 inches tall and as wide, dense and compact in habit to anchor a container or fill a space in a garden bed.
