Mix Double Moss Rose Purslane (Portulaca Grandiflora) is an aggressive succulent annual for Zones 2–12 that produces nonstop bloom from late spring until the first hard frost. It blooms in shades of pink, red, orange, yellow, and violet, packed tightly together like miniature peonies on stems ranging from 3 to 6 inches tall. It’s native to South America’s dry hillsides, which explains its heat and drought resistant properties. It will spread 10 to 15 inches, form a dense mat, and outcompete weeds.
