Dandelion (Taraxacum Officinale) is a perennial herb native to Europe and Asia. Premium Dandelion seeds produce reliable, true-to-type Dandelion plants that grow 8–18 inches tall and thrive across USDA Zones 3–10. It produces a rosette of leaves from a thick taproot. The taproot is the whole point of growing Dandelions, especially if you are interested in medicine or coffee substitutes. Dandelion flowers bloom from early spring to late fall, depending on your climate. Peak bloom is April-June. It does not care about the cold winter weather. The yellow Dandelion flower is not the prettiest plant, but it is one of the most useful ones you can grow.
